This notice explains what the Bag Arts website receives and how it is used.
When you submit a project brief, we receive your contact details, company information, packaging requirements and any optional file you attach. We use that information only to review and respond to the request.
The website sends Bag Arts a notice after a browser session shows activity and may send a summary when that visit ends. The notices can include the pages viewed in order, approximate active time, referring website, browser, operating system, general device type and an approximate city, state or country based on the visitor’s network. Approximate location may be inaccurate. Bag Arts does not place the raw IP address in the notification or use this activity to identify the visitor.
A session-only browser record keeps the page path and timing together while the same browsing session remains open. The website does not use advertising pixels, cross-site tracking or browser fingerprinting, and it does not collect a name or email unless you submit the project form. Hosting, approximate-location and form-delivery providers process limited information to operate the website, reduce automated alerts and route inquiries. The visitor’s network address may be processed briefly for the location and traffic check, but the Bag Arts website does not store it in its own database or include it in notification emails. Form submissions may be retained by the delivery provider for up to 30 days.
